Once your browser crashes it wont go back to normal. The solution is to switch browsers or try incognito/private mode.

btw, it seems it is a fat finger error. instead of -25% like the other promo codes it is -25000 yen

issue confirmed by email with tkt number
but..
if you go on "your itineraries" seems tkt doesn't still confirmed..


but i don't think they can deny us the tkt because it's a public promo on their website...it could be considered misleading advertisment..

maybe they have an overflow of request, and GDS doesn't issure the tkt due to high request (highest ever i think!)

on my experience with alitalia..when tkt is not issue immediatly, it requires an operator to do that...and this could be a problem...
