MasterCard gift card: $1,000 limit, $4.95 activation fee
Travel MasterCard card: $1,500 limit, $6.95 activation fee
Reloadable Visa card: $3 monthly fee, loads every 7 days.
Youth card: $1,500 limit, $6.95 activation fee & $3 monthly fee
It looks like you can also do ATM withdrawals with the travel card (cost of $1.50 per withdrawal), this could come in handy if you have any owner/operator fee free ATMs near you. To view these cards follow these instructions:

You know that right there is causing me hesitation. Barclay Priceline 2 points card or Barclay Arrival are you best options. Or to meet spending bonuses fast. I could order with Ink but I could earn 5x the points from Staples. Not sure it worth it.

Ordered three different travel cards and all of them declined (used usbank, bankofamerica)
The charge didnt even go through to the bank. Immediate approval and declined emails..

I'd recommend not buying multiple travel/reload cards. You're obviously only supposed to have one by the fact they charge $10 for an online reload.

Same with my one try. I tried with a citibank card with a smaller cash advance limit then my order. Wonder if that is what did it.

Is this tracked by CC? I purchased a second one, used my fathers SSN/DOB (we have the same name though) and it was canceled. Used same CC and waited about 30 minutes between purchases.
