As you can see in the wiki on top of the page, all of LH B748's and A388's have new C. Go for an aircraft / departure time you prefer.

Next 346 (D-AIHH) is done and back @ MUC.
I would guess that we see new C cabin out of FRA on 346s also quite soon.

If you give us the exact flight dates, some of us may be able to check which aircraft is scheduled to operate on that day.
But in general, you have a pretty decent chance that the new Business Class will be available as 16 out of 18 aircraft plying this route have the new Business Class installed already.
Closer to departure date, you can check if the new Business Class is available on your flight by inputting your flight details in the below link:

How can I tell if 417 from IAD has old/new product? It shows 22 seats upstairs so I assume that's new, but it looks like old config on the downstairs seatmap?

If you can see the UD with 22 C seats it is a new C B744 (the B748 UD is larger). These newly converted planes have (unbelievable!) a few rows of 2-3-2 in the second main deck C cabin, hence you think it might be old C.

D-AIGP (343) is now on it's way to Malta in order to get the new cabin. That means from now on all 343 services will have new C.

Since D-AIGP was the last LH aircraft in service with the old F cabin, this means there is no more old First Class seat left on any LH aircraft! ^

Another 744 is done. D-ABVR will return to FRA as LH741 tomorrow. D-ABVS is next, and is currently on its way to Osaka, will then go to XMN for retrofit.

Are there any particular routes the 2 old A343's from FRA serves? I was looking at FRA-MRU in January, but the seatmap being pulled up on LH website when making the booking suggets it's the old cabin (8 across on row 27).

The two 'old' 343 are currently in retrofit, and will have the new cabin soon. There is no 343 with old C in operation. MRU will be operated by the new 'jump' mainline fleet, and will have a very small business class cabin, so the seatmap may look odd at the first glance.
