I am still surprised how fast LH get the old F out and change to new C on 744 upper deck when the exchange program for all the birds on the main deck takes already ages and we still see some flying around with old C.

After two months of maintenance 744 D-ABVZ returned from PEK, however without new C class. In return D-ABVP remained in PEK.
Does one of our experts know whether VP will get the new C at this ocassion?

I am a bit confused about the whole new C indication, as I can not see any 27 rows gone on the 343. Is it only on the 333 ?
I will fly Frankfurt - Dubai in C on 07 -12.05.15, and am wondering if there is new C.
The seatguru and the 27 row indication throws me off, as well as a dummy booking done on Lufthansa.com where they only show 5 C - rows and not the 2 last rows in the small cabin.
Can anyone who is more skilled at this tell me which C seat these flights have ?

Nobody knows... in fact LUFTHANSA should give the correct information.
This was the major reason why I changed to another carrier. The actual B class is no more than an economy + seat in most other carriers.

HY and HL (both old C 346) are being swapped between FRA/MUC today. Probably in preparation of an upcoming move to MNL?

HC should be done any moment in MNL, HY is going to FRA, HL is coming to MUC. My guess is HC is coming back and HL is due next. Curious if they will do the swap from HKG, since HKG nowadays gets new C and E.

Maybe they swap via PEK as this is the last MUC->Asia route without Premium Eco for sale.

Is there an estimated time of start/completion for FRA A346 retrofits? AKA why no love for DTW-FRA route?
