Title is a bit misleading.

All Inclusives usually are all inclusive (anything you want in the hotel/resort is included), this is very restrictive.

Further, they're usually quoted per room, not per person. So it's more like $198/night, somewhat inclusive.

I found the following link on another website advertising Stay 3 nights and get 1 complimentary. When I put in my dates, it doesn't appear to be giving me the night complimentary. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, it does say "Offer subject to promotional availability"
Are you using the "view available nights" calender, and the free night falls into the shady area?
Of course, I tried that and it doesn't work.
I would suggest you call them and complain.
Note: I sent them an email. If I really wanted to book, I would have called.

I went by the calendar and booked 3 $159 days, all shaded.
The promo in noted, but it doesn't show the free night.

That is good to know, but the really need to put that in the reservation.
At the point I saw the information I posted, I would have stopped the booking, if I had plan to actually take advantage of the offer.
Other booking sites seem to be able to handle free nights promos, there is no reason why a company the size of this one can't manage it.

Not if you're already renting a car. IMHO, almost all resort fees are ripoff's If you'd use all the now-complimentary offerings, yeah, you are probably saving money. But I'm sure most of the people staying there are not using those services. Plus, at $25/night, that's a pretty huge % relative to the cost of the room. Just add the cost in the room rate, and be upfront about it.
