I had a one night stay and it all went smoothly. Good customer service. My only issue was that they clearly gave us an undesirable room, which is fair enough. It was right next to a maid closet and they were banging around in there all morning. But who am I to complain at that price.

If you booked through an OTA, it's prepaid. Otherwise (e.g., Omni website), it maybe not.

Online travel agency...for example, Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia.

Great stay - no issues. Also got the room next to the maid's closet - it wasn't noisy in the bedroom but my friend on the pullout couch did hear some noise from the hallway. Great stay - very nice of the hotel to honor the rate!

Has anyone stayed for more than one night?

I snagged a few nights (all separate) and I'm wondering if the Omni will just consolidate all of them or if I'll need to check in and out each day.

I have a reservation for the 5th June. Anyone fancy switching for the 12/13 June? Apparently they will let you do a name change...

Thanks

I don't check in until June 16th, but can you tell me more about the name change option? Is it something you can add to the account or do you have to call it in?

Am I crazy not to take advantage of this reservation?? I booked 7 nights in June (around $400 total), but I feel like I'm going to NYC too often these days

If it's for end of June and you ended up not using it, please let me know, I need it from June 26 to July 2. ( I am assuming the name on the reservation can be changed)

Booking through them was not prepaid. I guess looking back on your cc charges and searching "omni" was way too cumbersome..

Anyone book with breakfast? I have one room at $49 and another with breakfast for 2 for $109 reserved in June. Worth it?

they changed the amount on my reservation to "confidential".Makes me uneasy even though I confirmed the total by calling after that happened...
