Gold and Diamond members receive a $13 per person room charge credit. Solo travellers asking nicely can receive a $26 credit by having the room listed as double occupancy. (or just book for two)

Credit can be used at most on-property venues except Chill'm. Gratuities cannot be applied against this credit. You are not obliged to apply this credit against breakfast.

Breakfast buffet costs $26. A take-away breakfast is available at the food court for $13.

Resorts fees are NOT added to award stays using all points.

Mrs. SPN Lifer & I have good memories of a five-night point stay there in May 2013 for an international gathering elsewhere in Las Vegas celebrating (a week late) the San Isidro Fiesta of Lazi, Siquijor, R.P.

The stadium isn't a sure thing at all. The hotel is still bookable on their own website into next October, so I suspect they are just ending the relationship with Hilton.

I would like when it will move definitely. At this moment there are both https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/las...ana-las-vegas/ and https://casinos.ballys.com/tropicana-las-vegas/ where to book

Bye bye Tropicana... I really liked the location and free parking.

Checked out today -- it really wasn't quite as bad as reviews indicated for a doomed hotel. Got a room on the 15th floor of the club tower which was definitely tired and old but was reasonably clean. The reviews of the no shades and instead shutters that let the light in all the time is definitely a thing. Very few things remain open, especially during the week, but their main restaurant is open 7am-11pm so I used that for the $30 credit (said there was 2 people in the room when asked to get the full credit) which covers one breakfast item and non alcoholic drink basically. The tip is always paid separately -- so I spent $27 or $28 each day with tax and then tipped $5, and on check out I was charged the $5 (the discount was automatic).

Kinda curious to think that area will now be so close to three major stadiums (Tmobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium and this new ballpark). That being said, for that reason I am now preferring the North Strip, though of course the price at the Hilton hotels in that area are in a completely different range than Tropicana ever was.
