25 Tier Credits need to be earned in a promotional day or a CheckPoint will not be earned. Partial credits earned do not carry over. Promotional days are defined by a period of 24 hours at the destination where the trip occurs between 6:00 AM and 5:59 AM with the following exceptions:
3:00 AM – 2:59 AM for Harrah's Laughlin; Grand Biloxi
4:00 AM – 3:59 AM for the following properties: Horseshoe Tunica & Caesars Windsor
5:00 AM – 4:59 AM for the following properties: Harrah's Tunica, Roadhouse Tunica, Harrah's New Orleans; Harrahs Reno
6:00 AM – 5:59 AM (Thursday – Tuesday) 7:00 AM – 5:59 AM (Wednesday) Harrah's St. Louis
6:00 AM – 5:59 AM (Thursday – Tuesday) 8:00 AM – 5:59 AM (Wednesday) Harrah's North Kansas City
6:30 AM – 6:29 AM for the following properties: Harrah's Lake Tahoe and Harveys Lake Tahoe
8:00AM – 6:00 AM – Harrah's Joliet
9:00AM – 6:00 AM – Harrah's Metropolis

Part of this is no doubt due to the fact that some of the casinos have mandated closing times for their gaming floors eg Joliet closes between 6am and 8am (I think)

Just made first trip since the changes and the "bonus" TCs posted quickly.
Don't know if anyone else is seeing this - but the number of "offers" listed on my account had dropped drastically since the change-over. Normally, I'll have 90-100 offers, as of this morning I have 54. I wonder if it's just a fluke or are they trimming back on comps ...

Word to the wise, with respect to gaming day :
If you play tables, try to leave (at least) a half hour before gaming day ends. Often, they don't close you out right away. Of course, this only matters, if you are concerned with your play all being recorded in the one day.

I just called Total Rewards Center at Harrah's LV and was told their day is 5 to 5. Will still double check when I get there to be sure.
Good hint about table play. Do know they sometime don't clock yhou out right away--especially if they are busy.
Also, my offers number 54---down from last year. I am a Diamond player--no way will ever each 7 Stars as I play blackjack. Does anyone know their "magic secret" formula for earning tier points at blackjack???

Just came back from LAS over the weekend. I called TR today to inquire if my "bonus" points had posted. Not only was I told they were posted but TR had totally different credits for me in 1 day. ie I calculated on Saturday I had 2700 credits only to be told 2200 credits were showing up in their system. I Lost MANY points in the translation and you can't fight the number because their system is NEVER wrong. Anybody else having this problem?

Alternatively, after you finish your play, visit a machine, and view your credits earned for the day (at that property). If you are really paranoid, you can take a picture of this. You need to do this for each property, since they keep track separately. So, for example, if you earn 1,200 points at Paris, and then go to play at Flamingo, the machines at Flamingo will say "0 tier credits earned," even though you just earned credits at Paris. They are NOT lost, they just don't update at the other properties.
If it's machines, I've never seen a "mis-calculation." With tables, sometimes the ratings come in very late.
Within 24-48 hours, everything will be updated online. Unfortunately, CZR-group is not real-time. Some properties, like Mohegan Sun, update your points earned "real-time," you can actually view what you earned on your iPhone right after you leave a machine (or finish at the tables). Of course, even there, tables are sometimes delayed.

I generally track my numbers if I move from machine to machine - but I have friends that have "lost" points on more than one occasion playing slots. For whatever reason, the points never register to their accounts. More than once, they've inquired at the TR desk (both Diamond) and been told that there's nothing wrong and the points were credited properly. I find it hard to believe as they both are stronger players than I am, yet have finished w/ significantly less points than me more than once.

More likely, people sometimes "pull their card" for whatever reason, and when they re-insert it, the card doesn't register for some reason. Of course, with the new automated (premium drink) system, you need your card in (to register status) to order premium beverages; so it's even harder to forget to insert.
I've also, on rare occasions heard of players who were playing too fast, for their points to register properly; but I've not heard of such things happening recently at CZR-group properties.

I recently played a couple days to renew diamond under the new tier bonus system. Some notes for those of you concerned about minimizing trips/maximizing ADT....
The tier bonus won't show up on your card (neither on the machine display or at the booth) until the next day. It took 2 days before it showed up online. So while you can earn full diamond in just two days of 2500 base points under the new system, you'll have to come back a 3rd day to pick up your new credentials when then get credited a day after your qualifying play.

When I checked my status on the slot machines, I had to insert and withdraw my card like 3 or 4 times before an accurate number would show up, otherwise it would just keep reading 0 TC and 0 RC, which seemed inaccurate given I was playing $100 a hand Blackjack for 6-7 hours a day.
