No wonder the route did not survive a long time.
Mmh. I also remember flying this flight in 2012 and literally we were 5 pax on one flight.

This is getting more interesting by the month! Let's see if the place is open by the time we get there!

I'm sure BA Galleries First have enhanced their First Dining experience to include "Fish'n'Chips from an APU" by then.

I think galleries will go for a "meal appropriate for the time of day" like this lavish dinner kit

Exactly.

Been there too many times lately and it's the worst F lounge ever. Almost worse than the First Class lounge at CKG.

I know you're all joking, but I'll post a serious photo. LHR-HEL, this month, in the Number 1 lounge. I was escorted through the lounge into a separate room, where they also took my order and brought it to me.

I'm not sure whether this level of service is standard for Platinum or they made a mistake, but it's a nice lounge anyway.

Apparently it is, since all Emeralds here have received the same treatment. The No 1 Traveller Lounge is definitely one of the better 3rd party lounges, as it kinda beats all the other T3 lounges for now.

It's standard, and I love that lounge. You can order food for free from the bar and they take your order from your seat. And the food is good, too. Plus there is a spa.

Last weekend there were no signs of the CX lounge opening anytime soon...

Well... we have a couple of months of buffer left.

Looking good! I notice there's little to no booze on the table. Is the bar comp, though? How are the queues?

question - has the "can guest" comment been of any use to anyone? I've never been contacted regarding lounge access. Do only elites read this thread?

Not in this forum, but have been picked up on it on the BA and CX forums, where similar threads exist. I tend to not post most of my HEL visits to the lounge as they are often very short unless I am in transit. Any ARN-HEL-ARN flights are best spent with 0 mins in the lounge...
