DL/NW Reciprocal Upgrades Starting October 28

The first two flights are NW oper. with NW flt numbers in K class; the return flights on Delta operated with NW flt numbers in T class. Interestingly, when I pull up the reservation on delta.com, the first segment does not appear at all, and the third segment (the first of the two on Delta) say upgrade not eligible, whereas the second Delta flight (last segment) is showing requested. I called SMS, and the friendly feller who answered the phone (by informing me that it was an awesome day at Delta) checked, saying he decoded it bec. it was on NW ticket stock, and confirmed I was on the waitlist, despite my itineraries on delta.com showing NOT eligible.
