Some parts of the website coming back up.
I went into My Wallet and noticed there's a new "Vouchers" section - I'm assuming that's where they'll drop the new digital HOOUs.
And I continue to remain convinced that somehow there is no QA or implementation environment for Delta.com, so all changes/testing/updates are just done on the production site...during prime US business hours.

EDIT: I can't login to the web site though. I get the "HMM ... SOMETHING'S NOT QUITE RIGHT HERE" page. And my background image is stuck on the guy in shadow at the sporting event, which is not nearly so pleasing to look at

I can't check via multiple browsers or on the iphone.
I have spent many hours on the phone with DL this week on several unrelated IT issues. DL is such a PITA. After I got an agent who wasn't either clueless or have an attitude (which is most of them now), she realized what DL had subjected me to this week and pushed through an upgrade for which I was waitlisted as compensation.

Getting intermittent "Access Denied" (i.e. misconfiguration or other error on their server, since I'm just trying to access normal delta.com pages) and/or pages loading w/o the stylesheets (just a long page of text w/o fonts or formatting). Clicked reload a bunch of times, problem went away, then came back again.

for travel next week, JFK nonstops from cities where F pax formerly had SC access -- SEA, PDX, LAS, PHX -- are showing "Not Upgrade Eligible to First" (although PM phone agent confirmed that my UG was requested, and it cleared at the window)
domestic segments of international flight numbers (e.g., 588 SEA-MSP and 444 SLC-JFK) also show "Not Upgrade Eligible to First" -- also looking for travel next week

DL.com appears to be down for booking. At least for me. Keep getting "Too many sessions" message when looking to book a trip.
