Same thing happened when I ordered a CTU to HKG ticket on Ctrip (meant they didn't email a confirmation itinerary to us). So, I just emailed and asked them to send eticket information to us. They emailed over the eticket receipt w/i few hours and no problem at check-in either.

Ctrip's mobile app is an abomination.
Following is my bug report:
-a credit card that expires at the end of the current month is not okay
-for my MC, any expiration months that aren't at the end of the quarter are not okay (the work around to this is pretty easy)
-they only display 2 or 3 out of ~15 flights on your route (the good news here is that the 2-3 flights have always been optimal in terms of price/schedule)
-it's often impossible to select a traveler
In closing, I still like the app, but their QA sucks big time.

Btw, if I use elong with PayPal, would they charge any additional fees?
