Ultimate guide feedback thread
So, it's time for a refresh of the Ultimate Guide. This version has been done slightly differently, without the usual peer review prior to publication. Instead, the obvious bits have been updated, but there's plenty still to revise.
And that's what this thread is for - any comments, suggestions, criticisms and feedback that you have.
Fire away!

I'm sorry... did I miss something?... No link to any of my trip reports?...
Well, quite frankly I'm insulted

Is there desire for a directory of BA related trip reports? The current thread directory placed in the BA Board Help Desk sticky can be supplemented with a list of valued trip reports. Feel free to foward your nominations to your mod team by PM.

Award tickets and MFU’s (Miles for Upgrade) on BA book into one of four fare buckets, X for Economy, P for WT+, U for Club, and Z for First. The amount of seats left in each bucket is only viewable to BA. It isn’t made public on GDS’s such as Amadeus and Sabre – you cannot search for them on ‘availability tools’ (like ExpertFlyer or KVS). To check availability, you can either call them and ask (they’re usually very obliging), or just check yourself on ba.com – this shows the same availability as BA can see themselves.
More info is available in the http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...ml#post4123030 thread and at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes
Please also add "KVS" to the acronym list.

Actually, you raise a blisteringly good point. ^

- BA First LHR-JFK (Jul08)
- LHR T5 Concorde Room, LHR T5 Galleries First - BA Club World JFK-LHR (Jul08)
- JFK T7 Terraces Lounge, LHR T5 Galleries Arrivals - BA Club Europe LHR-CDG (Jan09)
- LHR T5 Galleries Club (North & South) - BA Club Europe CDG-LHR (Jan09)
- CDG T2A AF Lounge [now no longer BA, but flight still relevant] - BA Club Europe LHR-CDG-LHR (Apr09)
- LHR T5 Galleries Club (North & South), CDG T2B AA Admirals Club - QF Business LHR-SIN-FRA-LHR (Aug09)
- LHR T4 Gate 1 Lounge [now closed], SIN T1 First Lounge, SIN T1 Business Lounge, LHR T5 Galleries Arrivals [useful info on BA codeshares] - BA Euro Traveller/IB Business LHR-MAD-LHR (Dec09)
- LHR T3 Galleries Club, LHR T3 AA Admirals Club, LHR T3 CX Business Class Lounge, LHR T3 JAL Sakura Lounge [now closed], MAD T4 IB Dali Lounge
Can I also suggest linking BBB's, matthandy's and Fraser's (Airliners.net) BA trip reports, or those trip reports which feature BA lounges? I'm sure there are plenty more out there too but those names spring to mind whose trip reports are well written and that I've read recently.

The directory is now in place and your BA related reports have now been added to it.

I have 3 TRs, probably this one http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...o-pursers.html is only one worthy of mention in the Ultimate Guide.
This one I quite like but has no photos http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...a-lhr-bos.html
My other one is only a domestic one and is a bit bland.
Best wishes

BA no longer operate the 733 or 735, so they need to be removed from the fleet listing.
