AMEX emergency cash service?
Maybe I misunderstood something - does AMEX offer some emergency cash service when you lose the card? How is it done?

The details may vary depending on where your card is issued, where you are at the time, whether you have checks etc. If your card is issued in the USA you would contact the Global Assist Hotline:

Can you confirm it is not possible with UK issued ICC cards?

- 2 reps said no, 1 rep said possible; should I just apply the averages?
