Changing Frequent Flyer program
I've been trying with no luck to change my earning preferences from WestJet dollars to Delta Skymiles on my account. Am I missing something, or do I need to do this at the counter when I check in. Any guidance is appreciated.

Problem solved...was able to make the changes when checking in.
