Please keep us posted. I have a feeling that upgrades within the 24-hour window are generally cheaper than online bidding - so long there are seats available.

Currently showing 5 tickets available only in PremiumFlex ($2700ish), so I'm thinking it's not likely they'll sell them at that price. I have no idea about the load factors for this route or if it's likely that these will be offered to Gold or Platinum early (I'm neither).
Any ideas what the cost of upgrading at check-in would be?
