Virgin Velocity - Points Upgrades downgraded (canc/change fees)
New policy announced, 5 weeks notice effective 14 April:
- cancel/change fee for upgrades now 4,900 points
- can't change or cancel after 24 hours ahead, you lose all the points (also applies to Platinum upgradeMe voucher)
NOT announced
- any online facility for booking and/or changing upgrades
Still have to spend 30-180 minutes on the phone to the Philippines for every upgrade
