Make a dummy booking in economy on both 738 and 73H operated flights then during seat selection, count the rows!.

See this from AFF:

Ross I have a sneaky feeling most busy clients wanting to know what plane they are on do not feel inclined waste an hour to make a dummy booking on all the options shown and then wander off to an obscure link on a flyer board somewhere, to read tech head meaningless gibberish on what it all means.

They want to see a clickable link for the seat layout of planes offered as all other savvy airlines have offered for years

I believe the essential difference is that one config has live2air and the other doesn't. The difference doesn't matter for anyone in business class or row 3.

The airlines internal systems need to know whether it will be a 738 or a 73H, , as they have different capabilities - range, fuel burn, etc. Rather than re-enter this information into the res system the info is pushed from one system to another. What you are seeing on the res screen is actually what is showing in the flight planning system. (At least that is what happened when I worked for QF).

It's Normal for AirlineN

What the hell is 03:00PM?? It should either be 3:00PM or 15:00 (and it should really be this one).[/QUOTE]

They are totally Clueless my good man. You are absolutely correct! Either 0300 (notice, NO colon). OR 3:00am. OR if they really do mean 3:00pm it would as you so aptly stated 1500(NO colon). No such thing as 03:00pm. Once again I must iterate Ya Just Can't Fix STOOPID!

Well pretty brilliant stuff for a first post, pointlessly bumping up a 10 month old thread to share that gem of commentary.
