Experiences with retroclaims??
Prior to joining Velocity, I made an overseas trip in June (SYD-LAX-BNE) with a DL ticket on VA metal. In July, I submitted a retro claim to retroclaim@virginaustr.... as indicated on their website. Didnt receive any response or even autoreply to confirm my email was received. No retro credits appeared yet. Resent the
Has any Velocity member experienced a similar lack of feedback after submitting retroclaims? Has anyone received a successful retro credit for such a claim?

You should then receive an email response similar to this:
Thank you for submitting your claim for Velocity Points. Points for eligible flights with Virgin Australia will be credited to your account within 7 days and points for eligible transactions with our partners will be credited to your account within 6 weeks. Please visit virginaustralia.com/velocity to check if your claim has been successful.
