With Brisbane confirmed as the location and the date 28 July I will be there. Now can they be as successful as the QF FT AGM, I guess we can make that decision in 10 years.

Pretty sure I will be there. Will likely be doing the flights up and back same day.

I'm up for a lunch. Can anyone interested in lunch (other than those who already have) please post their interest here? Details can be sorted later - obviously not too far from airport and around the midday-1400 timeslot.

The current Virgin Australia "Sale" covers these dates.

MEL-BNE - $99 one way
SYD-BNE - $85 one way

I am pondering flight times. I am tempted to just copy tupekastar's flights.

I went to talk with the Lounge Manager when we arrived for our flight on Fri, but she had taken the day off.

I spoke with the Asst Manager briefly (as well as on our return on Sunday when we dropped in for a comfort break after our flight), but didn't bring up the Meet.

Will see them next week when I fly off to ADL.

keep the VA rep in the loop also as I had a few exchanges with him initially and he asked to be reminded closer to the time to assist with arrangements.

He has left the company (and continent) and his position is being advertised at present. Yes, I will find out the name of the replacement and will try to arrange meeting to get them in the loop
