I'd suggest keeping it on the East Coast for the first few years purely because of the numbers. Most of the attendees were flying in from SYD/CBR/MEL and its easier for a same day turnaround between the golden triangle of SYD/BNE/PER

Having said that, I am happy for a rotation (and maybe look at PER when Virgin moves to its new home!). The time of year was good as well.

It probably makes sense that it should rotate, though with the QF one, not to mention the first edition of the VA one (what a lovely job they did too), there has been a relationship established with the respective BNE lounge managements.
Now I'm sure we usually can manage to get everyone in 'legally' on most occasions but at the same time it would be nice to have the lounge management across it and on board for those occasions where we cannot. So that would require someone to establish the relationship, something I'm sure some people out there would be happy to do. Just something to consider.

Brisbane 27 July for a few hours would work for me, I am planning to go to Brisbane that weekend but I need a 2nd excuse to get on a plane.
Perth could also work, just not that weekend.

Maybe set it for OOL as per VH_RMD's vision (now the lounge is open) and set the date (maybe a poll).

On a more serious note, I am semi flexible this far out, but would prefer if we could look in a date sooner rather than later, so I can plan around this.
