Carribean star and the V flying club

Hi,

I'm booked on a D class Carribean star flight-Can I use this with my v flying club membership number?
Will I get miles/points for it?
I've not had a flight on virgin atlantic yet.

If not is there any other alliance that I can use?

Cheers

From how I understand it (from here) you should have no problem - even without having a prior VS flight

You should be more concerned that the 8B flight will operate, than whether you will get a few dozen miles for flying on it. My last flight was cancelled when I tried to chec-in at ANU. They told me imperiously that I should be grateful that they had moved me onto the next flight 5 hours later. What a shambles they are ....
