Is anyone using a Virgin 'household' Account
I've been trying for more than 3 months to add family members to our/my Virgin household account. Upon each request I'm told 'Virgin are updating their system and this can't be done at the moment'. They then ask for me to check back in a month. Which I have now done for 3 consecutive months and still get the same answer.
Does this household account feature really exist ? or are Virgin advertizing vaporware ?
