ERROR_MSG_21 when logging in

ERROR_MSG_21 when logging in

Dear FTer, is anyone experiencing the same error when logging in the online account as me? Is there any way to fix it out?

Previously, my chrome had such an error message while safari didn't. Today both browsers have the same message and it does not work even I clear all cookies.

Neither, login, reset password nor retrieve Flying Club membership number works on Chrome or Firefox for me

Has anyone had any luck? I haven't been able to sign in on either the website or the app.

I suspect this is the Virgin website checking for specific browser versions. My Chrome updated to v100 yesterday, and I'm now not able to log in.

I am still on v99 and haven't had any luck. What's weird to me is that their app used to work till last week but that's not true anymore.

Weird, I was getting that error on v99. But then it cleared after about a week. As soon as I upgraded to v100, it came back!

On my Windows 10 desktop PC, I'm using Chrome 100 and Firefox 98 and get identical errors. The same on my Surface Pro with Chrome.

Super frustrating.

Getting this myself. Cannot log in using either Chrome or Safari. Firefox is working. It's definitely browser-related. I cleared all content from the site in Safari to no avail.

I thought it was maybe on my end, and I'm glad I discovered this thread. I'm also experiencing this issue as well! What's the solution to this right now? I'm effectively locked out from VS.

Microsoft Edge doesn't work either. Will Firefox work?
