ERROR_MSG_21 when logging in
Dear FTer, is anyone experiencing the same error when logging in the online account as me? Is there any way to fix it out?
Previously, my chrome had such an error message while safari didn't. Today both browsers have the same message and it does not work even I clear all cookies.

I am still on v99 and haven't had any luck. What's weird to me is that their app used to work till last week but that's not true anymore.

Getting this myself. Cannot log in using either Chrome or Safari. Firefox is working. It's definitely browser-related. I cleared all content from the site in Safari to no avail.

I thought it was maybe on my end, and I'm glad I discovered this thread. I'm also experiencing this issue as well! What's the solution to this right now? I'm effectively locked out from VS.
