Eligibility is all explained on the website - you have to be booked in J D C or I (previously R) - http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/gb/en...-in-style.html

So, cheap Z fares and other less flexible tickets won't qualify.

As far as booking is concerned, there is a link on the website, here - http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/gb/en...per-class.html

I have never used HEX, so can't comment on which is best - I stick to the old, slow, crowded (but a lot cheaper) Piccadilly line

Hi,

If you are going by car from Covent garden ( and not driving yourself) I would probably stick with the car) as you would need to get to Paddington ( where the Heathrow express leaves from) by bus/taxi or underground and with luggage this could be awkward.
The Piccadilly line could be busy also but runs direct to Heathrow as mentined by Nottingham Nick.

Regards

If you go by car you can do drive through check in. That's great.
