At long last, "official" seat maps are available on the Virgin website.
About us/Our story/Our fleet.
But have they really only got three 747's in the LHR configuration?

Hi,
Thanks Simon_Bristol for that information
The link is;
http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/our_s..._fleet.view.do
Also another couple of errors ? ( apart from only having 3 LHR 747-400 aircraft)
(1) On the LHR 747-400's I did not think there was a row 13 in upper class
(2) Also on the LHR 747-400 there are 2x row 76 AC seats ( last row should have been 77?)
Regards
TBS

Glad to finally see a seat map on the website. I looked throughout the site to try and figure out what type of aircraft I am booked on but can't see where the aircraft type for a given flight is identified. I'm on VA #8 from LAX/LHR on 4/5 and on VA #7 from LHR/LAX on 4/11.
Any idea where I can find this information?? Thanks....

I have three questions about the VS fleet - perhaps someone could help me with...
(1) on the 747-400 (1) on their website (28 J seats) - is there a massage station? If so, where is it - I don't see it on the map.
(2) on the A340-600 there's a large seat just marked "3" behind 3D/G. Any idea what this is?
(3) is there any website like seatguru.com that has user feedback about the various seats on VS equipment?
Thx for any help.

VRN..thanks!! It appears that we do indeed have seats in the "bubble" as it is a 747-400. We have seats 3 AC to LHR and 3 HK back to LAX.
