You can book at Virgin's own website.
www.virgin-atlantic.com
Click on the links for special discounts that have to be booked by 28th January.
As with any product, it is always worth shopping around but the VS website is a good starting place. Brits get a £10 online booking discount but I don't know about the US site.
If you are looking to travel in the next few weeks there are some good deals about.

www.cheapestflights.co.uk allows you to book Premium Economy tickets (and not just on Virgin).
It will also show you the class of ticket that you've chosen (e.g. K-class). It's the only way I found of verifying that I'm buying a PE ticket online without using VS' website.
Watch out for the 2% handling charges though!
