Flight Credit Question
I have a flight credit question I need clarification on as I have gotten 2 different answers when calling in. We laid off an employee that had booked a SFO-JFK roundtrip ticket on VX. When she cancelled she received a credit minus a $75 fee.
Can she use that credit to book a flight under a different name so that the company can use the credit and the company can reimburse her for the cost of the ticket?

If you are thinking about booking later, have her call VX customer service and ask them to transfer the credit file to your account under your FF#, and then you can do the same thing whenever you want.
