Can she use that credit to book a flight under a different name so that the company can use the credit and the company can reimburse her for the cost of the ticket?
The short answer is "Yes". If you want her to book the flight for someone else now, have her login to her FF# and book the reservation while logged in. Make sure she changes the name during the reservation process. When it comes to the point of paying for the ticket, it will prompt her to use her credit files.
If you are thinking about booking later, have her call VX customer service and ask them to transfer the credit file to your account under your FF#, and then you can do the same thing whenever you want.
