10 cities within a year of operation
VX has stated that it wishes to "serve as many as 10 cities within a year of operation". Does this mean they will want to add another 3 cities by August?
ORD, BOS, MIA perhaps? (not necessarily in that order)

Note the words "as many as." Meaning anywhere from 0-10, but not exceding 10. Now we have 7 cities. I doubt 3 more will be launched by early Aug.

"UP to ten cities...and with the absolute possibility of a world class FF Program coming to you sometime at some point...so just keep flying, and in the meantime, have we told you about the wonderful promotion involving Banana Republic?"
I do not require khakis. And I could care less about more cities right now. I just want to know if I will be getting "jack" for the miles I am racking up.
Enough is enough. "Elevate" or get off the pot. Cus I am until the they get this damn program going.

Yes, I believe that I hear VX will considered new routes is MIA, ORD, TPA, BOS or JAX. I'm sure if I can hear more announcement new routes prediction is coming soon. I think it will be enough for those 10 new cities within this year of 2008.

hmm I thought PDX was going to be included in the first year. Perhaps they are waiting to see how SEA pans out.

I think VX would be smart to enter the PDX market while AS has so many planes tied up with hourly SEA-LAX flights in addition to increased flights from SEA to many other California destinations. It seems it would be harder for Alaska to facilitate such an aggressive response in PDX as they don't have the aircraft.
