2017 Elevate Gold/Silver welcome package
Hey Everyone,
This is my first full year as a VX Elevate gold, and yes I understand the entire VX loyalty program will be absorbed into Alaska Mileage Plan at some point in the future.
In the past did Virgin America send out a welcome package to a new year in the elevate program? If not a package an email? FWIW I never received the two 25% off coupons last year; and I haven't seen anything at all this year. I'm curious what they did in previous years.

In the past, you would get in the mail, two bag tags and a FF card, but the bag tags were not personalized.
This year the "card" is electronic and only useful on a smart phone.
