Mixed herb omelet made with cage free eggs, filled with sauted leeks, mozzarella and pecorino cheese, sauted minted corn, sugar snap and green peas, slow roasted grape tomatoes, roasted sliced fingerling potatoes with thyme and sauted chicken pesto sausage

Belgian Waffle

Are these F meals? Yummy! And I assume same for SFO/ord pairing - it would be funny if SFO was different from lax!

Any chance the nut mix in F can add some dried fruit like HA has? The Vx nut mix is ace but the HA one is better. Honestly that's All I would change about Vx catering :-)

Excellent Meal

I flew HNL-SFO on Saturday...The meal was awesome! Everything was delicious; I had the Mahi mahi. It was a true treat to fly in F on this route. My wife and I groaned when they announced our final descent was beginning!

The beef tenderloin lomo Saltado was quite delicious! VX food / F is just so great.
