Elevate Silver Upgrade to MCS on points
I had an unusual experience as a Silver where I paid the $35 same day change fee on an award booking and was then offered the complimentary upgrade to MCS.
It seems that after paying the paying the change fee, VX treats the ticket as revenue for upgrades.
