Schedule change
I'm flying into SFO from LHR and am connecting on virgin America,first class Due to schedule change we now have 5 hrs at SFO instead of two we have asked for comp clubhouse passes so we can shower,relax etc with no joy so far!
Reasonable request or not?

Reasonable imho, as long as the clubhouse is open during the hours you'll be there.
