How Many U.S. Airports Have You Flown Into/Out Of?

(Since the old "How Many U.S. Airports Have You Flown From Commercially" thread did not survive the changeover, I'm re-creating the opening post)

How many U.S. airports have you flown to/from or connected through?

"Rules": 1) Only commercial flights (if you're a private pilot and have flown from or through a commercial airport, that doesn't count); 2) New and old airports in the same city count (e.g., DIA and Stapleton); 3) new terminals on the same property don't count (e.g., ONT); 3) Flights can either have originated or connected through the airport. 4) A flight that made a stop (and you didn't get off the plane) counts. Other questions? Make up your own rules.

For extra credit, cite you favorite big, favorite small, least favorite overall, favorite hub, and least favorite hub. (thanks to Deacon for reminding me that these were part of the orginial)

My total: 103

Favorite small: PSP or ITO; Favorite big: SFO; Least favorite: ORD; Favorite hub: DEN (for connecting) and SFO (for originating); Least Favorite hub: ORD

Details: (roughly from left to right coast, and north to south)

Commercial for business or leisure:
ATL BAL-BWI BFS BOS CHS CLE DAL DCA DEN DFW DND ELP EWR GLA HNL HOU IAD IAH IDL-JFK KOA LAX LDY LGA LHR MAF MDW MEM MHT MKC MOB MSY OKC ONT ORD PHL PHX PNS SAN SAT SBT SJC SJU SLC STL STT TOL TUL = 47

No idea how many others were just stopovers or connecting airports.

Military or military charter: DAD HUI OKA PIK; no codes for: McGuire AFB, MCAS El Toro

Favorite? KOA, by a nose over STT.
Least favorite? LGA
Best hub? EWR (Coulda been HNL if the inter island was more convenient)
Worst hub? DFW (just never cottoned to the place)
Weirdest wind? LDY
Don't wanna go back? HUI (Oh wait! They quit shootin', didn't they?)
Next scheduled new one? PVR
Can't wait to add: LIH via HNL
