There is such a wide variety and difference between areas that you need to narrow down what you are looking for. Is weather a priority? Do you prefer large cities? Beach? Mountains? Access to arts and entertainment? Outdoor activities?
Depending on what you are used to, Florida (and most of the south) is extremely humid in summer. But you have mild winters (even non-existent compared to Minnesota). Yes, Florida and the Gulf coast can have hurricanes. The middle of the country can be tornado prone, especially in spring. California has the occasional earthquake.
Las Vegas, and the southwest, can be extremely hot, but without the humidity.
Also take into account that states have different tax rates (both income and property tax). Some, like Florida, Texas and Tennessee have no state income tax. If your goal is to buy a house, then real estate prices would also be a consideration. Again, there can be a huge difference for the same house from one area to another.
I have lived in several states/ares over the years and they all have their positive and negative qualities.
You have to decide what is most important to you and what your priorities are.

It really depends on what type of weather you like. Do you want 4 seasons? Do you want mountains? Do you want beach?
Only seven states have no personal income tax:
Will you have employer sponsored health insurance? If not this can be very expensive to buy.
You don't say what country you are currently living in. It might help us know what differences there will be.

I personally prefer the West Coast. If you have plenty of money then I would check out the area between South Orange County (Irvine, California) and San Diego. Best weather in the world but housing and everything else is quite expensive. If you can't afford that but still want decent weather then my 2nd choice would be Scottsdale, Arizona. It's right next to Phoenix but a nicer and safer city. In Scottsdale, you will have eight months of near perfect weather and four months of cheap golf. For cost of living it's important to take more into consideration other than state income tax. For example, Texas has no state income tax but has very high sales and high property taxes. California has high state income tax, high sales tax, and high property tax.

We planning to move with dog and maybe a parrot(if regulations allow that). So, we need city what are pet frendly and have good vets.
I personally dont like too much winter (a little is ok, i dont care, but too much i dont like).
Maybe i will have insurance, maybe i not(still not sure), so i should consider this.
I need good internet connection.
I still planning this, i am not sure about a lot of things. But i want to know everything and be most prepaired i can be if i go.

You will need health insurance as the health care is very expensive in the USA.

there are 7 states with no income taxes, others with no sales taxes, all have property taxes on homes and cars and other belongings. states with no income taxes make up for it in higher sales taxes or property taxes.
there are over 100 areas with 600,000 people or more all these cities will have civilization.

not too cold winters are on the west coast along I-5 and west and in the south around I-20/I-10 and south
Texas thru florida get high humidities in summer and hurricane cahnces.
western USA has lower humidity levels in summer..
Seattle would probably be a good area. San Francisco is too expensive.

If you don't want snow, then the west coast or southern states will do it.
Additionally, if you stay west of the Rockies, you can avoid humidity.
Do you have a budget?
