Can't get seat assignment for shuttle flight?
I am booked on a roundtrip from BOS to DCA in March (flights 2049 and 2028), and the web site won't let me choose seats. I just called the SP automated line, and got the same response - that seats would be assigned at the airport.
Is this normal for these flights, or should I try to get a human on the phone?

While Shuttle is no longer a separate corporate entity, there are still some differences from mainline US Airways. One is that Shuttle seats are only assigned at checkin. Another is that boarding in economy is by row, not by zone.
