OLCI Question

Just tried to do OLCI for myself and my friend on two different PNRs. Got to the second page (Check-in) and clicked on the button that I verified the name to be correct it came back that our DM numbers were invalid.

Called the CP line she was at a total loss as to why that happened, she verified that all the information in my record was correct. She then suggested calling back and contact the Web Support line.

Got the Web Support line and he had no idea why it was coming up with that line. He then told me to check-in at the airport.

BTW this is for international travel and the check-in page did state available for check-in.
