There are a lot of 767s operating trans Atlantic routes so you shouldn't be to worried about that, US only has 10 (or 11) 762s so it shouldn't take them to long to mod them since the remodel isn't really that extensive so you will probably be on an updated one but I am in no way an US insider so I may be wrong.

The A330 has emPower in seat power, that right there puts it ahead of the 763....does the updated 763 Y have emPower in the seats?

US operates 767-200ERs (762's). None, even after the coach refurb, have in-seat power. Not sure if they will have it with the Envoy refurb coming later this year.

Type, I knew it was 762s because DL operates the 763/764.
Even after the refurn, no power.....that has become a deciding factor for me in some cases, especially on business long hauls. I like to work on the way home. Land and be finished.

The 75E (757-ETOPS) Envoy refurb that is underway DOES include power in the Envoy seats. If that's an indication, my guess is that the 762's will get it also.
