Is US playing the UA award space game?

Is US playing the UA award space game?
I am puzzled 
I tried to book an F award from BOS-DEL via US. I was offered:
BOSMUC Biz
MUCDEL F
DELMUC F
MUCBOS Biz
Prior to booking, I looked at ANA + AC award space - both showed F availability for all 4 segments.
Who is blocking availability?? As far as I am aware, LH does not give partner airlines inventory, premium space is first come, first served. I checked other days that AC showed F space and US only had Biz from/to BOS.
Could ANA and AC be showing incorrect inventory or is it a US game?

See the award FAQ thread. There has been an on-going issue with LH F availability specifically on TATL routes for at least several weeks.
