Unused return ticket
Does anyone know if you do the online checkin on a return ticket but never take the flight, if you get the miles?
I have two tickets I will not be using the backend on, does anyone have an idea what I can do with these?
Thanks.

I'd call US Airways to see if the tickets have any value that can be applied towards a future ticket. They might be worthless.
You can't get the miles unless the gate agent collects your boarding pass upon boarding the plane.

If you call them, they may not give you any credit, but charger you more for penalty --- for intentionally using a round trip ticket for a one way trip --- one way ticket is much more expensive then round trip.
In the fine print, it does say that intentionally throw the return ticket is illegal and will get fined.
