Question Link for Employee Thanks

Does anyone know the URL/link for sending an employee comment & thanks? I had one in my silver preferred stuff (post cards, etc. & the link) but can't find it. The customer service contact form and the DM contact form on usairways.com don't have a spot for the employee name & number.

Thanks...

You can just email your comment/praise to the silver preferred contact address.

The best way to recognize employees, according to what Deborah Thompson said at last year's RoachFEST, is to send in the little postcards in the back of Attaché magazine. These cards are addressed directly to Consumer Affairs, who will make a note of your comments in the employee's personnel file.

Sending CA an e-mail is perhaps the most expedient way to go.

I contact CA several times a year with thoughts, comments, and observations about employees or service. I always receive an acknowledgment of my comments and when my remarks are about an especially helpful employee, CA most usually says that my comments will be passed along to them.

Actually, I've always been impressed with how CA handles pax comments.
