Yes, while I guess it's always true to say we don't know what we don't know, and I think that's the case here.

E-REWARDS

Here is my reply regarding e-rewards posting date from US AIRWAYS:

Thank you for contacting US Airways.

There was a technical problem with activity posting dates for e-Rewards.
But, as long as your e-Rewards activity was on or before November 14,
2011, it has counted as a hit in the Grand Slam promotion.

We're sorry about any confusion.

So my e-rewards post counted as a hit, even though it posted after 11/14/2011.

So I ended up getting to my goal of 24! and 60,000+ points!

I just received the exact same (verbatim) reply. My e-Rewards also posted with an activity date of 11/15/2011.

I read this to say it won't count because your activity date, like mine, was 11/15.

Do you care to let us know who the sender is in this email? I am in the same situation but not gotten any email except the Email Acknowledgment by Dividend Miles Service Center (dmsc@usairways dot com).

Thanks

My 11/15 e-rewards definitely counted without having to write any emails.

Hum? Mine didn't count so I'll wait for one more sweep before I send an email. If my e-miles deposit from 11/4 ever posts, I'll meet my goal of 28 hits and not worry.

No limits on earning but there are limits on redeeming(once per month/once per quarter) depending on the partner.

Nice problem to have! I think more people have difficulties filling even the smallest reward.

Waht is the typical turnaround time for emiles deposits? I requested the deposit on 11/10/2011 and when I look in my account it still show the status as pending waiting confirmation from US Airways.

Is this a usair issue or standard procedure? When might I expect them to post?

I was going to chide you for not reading the FAQ in Post 1 but it turns out the FAQ is inaccurate.

e-miles is posting once per month. Last two posting dates were Oct 3 and Nov 1. I interpret it as "first business day of the month". So today.

...and look at that. Just checked my account:

11/8/2011 12/01/11 E-MILES MILEAGE TRANSFER 500

So, yes, today.
