Order of clearing the waitlist
Which would clear first - a request for upgrade using miles or a request for upgrade using an upgrade coupon?

Which would clear first - a request for upgrade using miles or a request for upgrade using an upgrade coupon or with miles for a first award deducted but are only confirmed in coach?
