Rehiring customer service agents
After 9-11 UAL layed of a number of customer service agents who handled email/written complaints and inquiries. Does anyone know if there are any plans to rehire any of them now that UA is adding back more flights and more people are flying again. I would think this would be needed to cope with the increase volume.
