E-upgrade summary on ual.com down?
Per usual, after using paper 500 miler certs, I wanted to check my e-upgrade summary to make sure that e-upgrades hadn't been pulled in addition. But since last night and through this morning, the "E-Upgrade Summary" link on ual.com doesn't work. Says something to the effect "We're Sorry; we cannot determine the status of your upgrade request." Huh?
Anybody else?
Unfortunately, worrying about paper upgrades is now in the past for me

Call the Mileage Plus Service Center. Using the Automated Account Balance Feature, right after they give you your mileage summary, it tells you how many 500 milers and North American Confirmed Upgrades you have left in your account.
You can compare that number with what you expected to be there.
