Upgrades Constantly Waitlisted
At the gate IAD-PDX. Upgrade waitlisted. They are telling me I am first on the list and will probably get it. I am 1k using CR1. It seems that every time I try to upgrade these days I am always waitlisted and they never clear in advance only at gate (or not). Is something new going on at UA?
