May I suggest the Hindu meal? Yum.

special meal if it is a snack i would think you would be able to request somethign but perhaps not. Question has anyone else notices that in Domestic first you get a REAL knife. wheras in International Business class you get this really cheap looking plastic knife with meal. I forget but i could have sworn you use to get a real knife on an international flt even a year ago, but maybe I am not remembering correctly.

IAD -FCO decent salad execept they have cut the portion in half.

had the Charlie Trotter Mahi Mahi for the main course and mediocre cheesecake for desert. .... If only UAL food was the same as Lufthansa's food but it is not .

Wouldn't it be nice to see ice cream return to ORD- HNL and the seasonal Ord- OGG routes

Last time I was in Intl C I got a proper knife. It was SYD-LAX around this time last year though, so those are probably factors.

That is Oz government regulation - soon to be lifted to allow metal knives ... among other changes.

Hopefully today's incident won't change this relaxation of the rules.
