ICC Script Problems!
I had to share this exchange for an award reservation.
Agent: I am sorry, sir, my computer is showing no flights all week for that routing.
Me: I am looking at ANA's website which shows available seats all week.
Agent: Sometimes our computers do not update immediately.
Me: So you are saying my computer has more accurate information about availability than your computer?
Agent: Yes, sir.
???
I hope they recorded that one for customer training...
Hung up, called back, got two C seats with someone who was tuned in.
Happy Thanksgiving.

He probably just typed the wrong route or dates in and made an excuse as to why there was no seats.
I bet he does not even know what the ANA tool is.

Was this a case of Starnet blocking? Not sure what the agent said wrong, it seems better to me to agree with a customer than say "no, your computer is wrong."
