UAL.com enhancements
I just recevied email from UA, in response to my email about their survey site being down. Among the more interesting information was this:
"Coming within the next month, we are going to add real time mileage
updates as well as on-line award travel booking. I hope you notice a
continual improvement in our site and it's features. Thank you."
Let's hope they come through.

Yeah, last month they told me it'd "be done in March" and their own quarterly newsletter even says February 1st. I'm not crossing any appendages until I see it.
